Our Central Station service is staffed by highly trained individuals who are experienced in providing high quality rapid-response service. You can rest easy, knowing that a team of professionals is ready to respond quickly to any emergency, day or night, whether you are home or not.
In the event that your alarm system goes off, it will transmit a signal to the 24 Hour Central Station’s main office, and an operator will respond immediately.
The operator will immediately notify your designated contact list and will act according to what you as customer have to instructed us to do in an emergency. If no one answers, or if someone answers that doesn’t know the password that you have set, the Central Station operator will dispatch your local police department immediately.
